The teenage years are the most important years of your life.

Many people think that the teenage years are the most important years of your
life. I strongly agree with that statement because a lot of significant things
happen during that period.


In my opinion, these years are essential because your socil life changes. You
make a lot of friends and that friendship will probably continue in the future.
Besides, you can rely on them when you feel alone or sad.


Moreover, when you are teeenager you start to live your life. For example, you
go out without your parents and you are more freedom. In addiction, you go to pubs
and discos for the first time.


Furthermore, you make decissions about your future, such as, going to
university or leaving your studies.

In my opinion.

In my opinion, the book hasn´t been very interesting, because I think that read a diary and all the thing that Adrian do it´s a bit boring, but the book has some funny parts.

Chapter 12: In and Out of Love.

SUMMARY

Adrian got a wedding invitation from Bert and Queenie. Bert and Queenie got married. They had their honeymoon in the old people´s home.
Adrians parents were looking for a job.
It was St Valentine´s Day and Pandora sent Adrian a Valentine´s card and Adrian gave Pandora a card and a poem. Adrian´s mother had a card from Mr Lucas but she threw it.
Adrian´s parents had stopped smoking but Adrian´s father had found a job and they started to smoke again to celebrate it.
Elizabeth Sally Broadway was falling in love with Adrian but he refused her.
Adrian fall in love with Barbara Bayer and everybody knew it. Besides, Pandora was very upset. However, Barbara didn´t want to see more Adrian because Pandora was very sad.
When Adrian was building his model aeroplane that Bert had bought for his birthday , he sniffed the glue and his father had to take him to hospital. Pandora went to visit Adrian.

Chapter 11: My Mother Is Home.

SUMMARY

Adrian´s mother had returned home. She found Adrian´s phone bill and she and his father made Adrian to pay the bill with his savings.
Adrian invited Bert and Queenie for Christmas Day but his parents didn´t know about it.
Adrian gave the present to his parents and they gave him a new racing bike which he found at his bedroom door.The turkey hadn´t defrosted and the family and the guests ate four hours late. Adrian went to give Pandora her present, which was a deordorant, and Pandora gave Adrian a bottle of after shave.
Adrian made a list of New Year´s resolutions.

Chapter 10: In Hospital- Between Life and Death.

Adrian´s dog had been with his grandma some days. Adrian went to a survival trip with his youth club and he didn´t know how he had survived.
Adrian had an operation to remove his tonsils and he had been on the waiting list since he was five years old. Adrian´s grandma frightened Adrian about the operation.
Adrian went to hospital and he wanted to hide his diary and his mother put it on her handbag. After a while, Adrian hadn´t got tonsils but he had a terrible pain. Adrian didn´t return at home until he had eaten bowl of cornflakes.
Pandora and Adrian had an argument. Bert had a girlfriend.
Adrian got a letter about the phone bill which said that they were going to cut off the phone. The phone had´t line and Adrian thought about running away from home. He also received a telegram from his mother which he didn´t understand.

Chapter 9: More in Love than Ever.

Pandora went to Tunisia and Adrian wrote a poem to her. Then Adrian got a postcard from Pandora.

Pandora and her parents had delayed, but they finally arrived from Tunisia. The next day Adrian and Pandora went to she swimming pool.
Pandora asked Adrian not to see each other again. However, they kept on seeing each other and they were more in love than ever.
Bert moved back into Adrian´s home because Singh had returned to India to look after his old parents.
Adrian couln´t wear his school uniform because there was too small and his father bought another one.
Adrian had more spots and he avoided Pandora all day because of that problem.However, thay ate together and Pandora said that it didn´t matter.
Bert went to an old people´s home. However, his roomate died and Bert was then the only man in the home.
Adrian´s father didn´t look for a new job.

Chapter 8: Grandma Frightens Barry Kent.

SUMMARY

Adrian´s grandma gave money to Adrian´s father to pay the electricity bill
but they were staying at his home a week.
Adrian´s told his father about Berry Kent because he had tom his jacket. Adrian´s father went to see Barry´s father but it was useless. However, Adrian´s grandma knew about the problem and she could recover the money that Barry had robbed Adrian. The electricity was back on se they could return to their home.
Adrian´s father lost his job and he was mentally ill. For this reason Doreen come round to help them but she brought her child. They also slept there. Adrian´s mother knew about that. Besides, Pandora and Adrian were in love and they kiss for the first time.
Bert was ill and they toke to hospital. Then, Adrian had tonsillitis and he felt better when his mother visited him.
An Indian family move into the Lucas old house. Moreover, Bert had gone to Adrian´s home but he moved to the Indian´s family house.

Chapter 7: No Electricity!

SUMMARY

Adrian´s mother and Mr Lucas told to Adrian´s father that they would go to Sheffield. Mr Lucas and Adrian´s father fought in the garden. Adrian was very sad because he saw the scene and every neighbour saw it too.
The 2nd April was Adrian´s birthday and he had a lot of presents.
Adrian thought that his father was a suicidal and he hid his shaving razor.

The social worker though that Adrian was Bert´s grandson and the social worker did some research about that.

SUMMARY

There were more arguments between Adrian´s parents because the father was very jealous by Mr Lucas.
Adrian did his paper round and that day he gave the wrong newspapers and he also delivered them late because he saw Pandora. However, Adrian´s boss was very happy with his work and gave Adrian more money and a rude magazine called Big and Bouncy. That was the same magazine that Mr Lucas had bought when Adrian was in the newspaper shop!
Adrian didn´t want to do sport but at last, Adrian did it and played football with his dog and his classmates.

Adrian´s parents had a lot of arguments every day and Adrian´s father talked to Adrian about the bad situation at home.

San Valentine´s Day was near and Adrian sent a letter to Pandora. Adrian got only one card by his mother and Adrian´s mother got two cards, one was anonymous and the other was by her husband.
At school Barry Kent made Adrian to give him his money, and Adrian was hit in the goolies by Barry Kent.

In the last January´s two weeks a lot of things happened. Nigel, Adrian´s friend wanted to go to the cinema with Adrian but he had to go to the doctor because of his spot. However, the doctor told him that he shouldn´t worry about it.
One Sunday, Adrian gave some comics to poor people. Some days, Adrian got a newspaper round and he visited Mr Baxter who is an old man.
Wednesday, Lucas got the divorce and Adrian´s mother went to visit him.
Adrian´s mother was looking for a job and she got it.
Adrian was sad because his friend Nigel was going out with Pandora and Nigel knew that Adrian was in love with her.

SUMMARY

The New Year started and Adrian Mole had got some resolutions that he wanted to carry out. However, he didn´t start the Year only with resolutions, he started it with a spot on his chin.
On Sunday, Adrian Mole´s father was still ill. Besides, his dog ran away but the next day they could find it.
During the next days, the dog and Adrian´s mother were ill and they took the dog to the vet and Mr Lucas went to the Mole´s home to visit Adrian´s parents.
On Monday, Mr Lucas had come round to see Adrian´s mother and helped her to clean the house while his father was working. During this week Mr Lucas was in Adrian Mole´s house every day, so Adrian thought that Lucas had an unhappy marriage. In those days Adrian´s parents started to had arguments every day.
When Adrian went to school he fell in love with Pandora.
During those days Mr Lucas was in Adrian Mole´s house everyday and he thought that Lucas has an unhappy marriage.
